Is it safe if my dog bites it?

The shell is soft non toxic silicone and the battery sits sealed inside a hard inner core your dog cannot reach. That said, BorkBall Disco is built for chasing, not chewing. If your pup is a heavy chewer, supervise play and put the ball away after playtime.

Will it work on my floors?

Yes. Disco rolls happily on hardwood, tile, laminate and low pile carpet. Very thick shaggy rugs may slow it down a little, which some dogs actually love because the ball gets easier to catch.`

How long does the battery last?

About four hours of nonstop play on a single charge, or up to seven days on standby. Charging takes around two hours with the included USB cable.

What if my dog ignores it?

Most dogs pounce within minutes, but every pup warms up differently. Start with Normal mode so the movement feels less intimidating, and let curiosity do the rest. Still no chase after 30 days? Our Happy Guarantee has you covered.
